Jordan Lerner-Ellis
Director of the Lab for Advanced Molecular Diagnostics
Jordan Lerner-Ellis is a molecular geneticist
who serves as Director of the Laboratory for Advanced Molecular
Diagnostics at Toronto’s Mt Sinai Hospital. He holds the position of
Assistant Professor in the University of Toronto’s Department of Lab
Medicine and Pathobiology, and is an Associate at the Ontario Institute
for Cancer Research. |

In addition to his core interests in molecular diagnostics, as applied to breast and colon cancer, a major aim of his research is to integrate whole genome sequencing into the general practice of medicine. |
