Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Group
Overview
The Inflammatory Bowel Disease Group (IBD Group) at Mount Sinai Hospital is an interdisciplinary program dedicated to the expert care of patients and families coping with Crohn's disease and Ulcerative Colitis.
Patient Care
The Centre provides both ambulatory (outpatient) care and inpatient services (in a uniquely combined medical and surgical IBD unit), with the support of a dynamic team of health care professionals, including: gastroenterology, colorectal surgery, psychiatry, pharmacy, dietary, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, enterostomal therapy, nursing and social work.
